Morroccan Bedouin Accommodation

The Morroccan Bedouin

A cozy bedroom inside a yellow tent with red decorative patterns on the fabric ceiling and walls, a bed with white linens and rolled towels, framed pictures, and wooden furniture including nightstands and chairs.

A Moroccan Bedouin tent is a traditional North African shelter with a distinctive low-pitched, rectangular shape and dramatic swooping roofline. Unlike the tall, conical bell tent, Bedouins have an undulating peak-and-valley structure supported by perimeter poles, creating an exotic, bohemian atmosphere. Traditionally woven from goat or camel hair in rich striped patterns—reds, oranges, blacks, and creams—modern festival versions use canvas while maintaining that signature colorful aesthetic. Inside, the lower ceilings create an intimate, cocooning vibe perfect for layering with textiles, floor cushions, and rugs. At festivals, they're often used as luxe lounge spaces or VIP areas, bringing that romantic, maximalist Moroccan souk energy to the field.

Forget everything you thought you knew about festival sleeping arrangements. You're walking into hand-printed Moroccan lining, thick Persian rugs underfoot, and brass wall lanterns casting that perfect golden-hour glow (even when it's 3pm and drizzling).
