How far in advance should we book?
For the best availability and planning time, we recommend at least booking 12 months in advance, particularly for larger events or events during peak summer season. Our most popular dates fill up quickly.
Running a smaller event Don't worry—we understand that timelines can be tight. We always do our best to accommodate late bookings where possible, and we may still have capacity to fit you into our schedule. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a solution. The earlier you reach out, the more options we'll have available
How long does setup take?
It depends on your scale—and we calculate accurate timelines based on your specific needs.
Typically for corporate events with around 100 structures, setup and breakdown usually takes 3-4 days each—quick, efficient, and seamless.
During your initial consultation, we'll provide an exact timeline based on your event size, site layout, and accommodation types. We factor in contingency time too, so you can count on us being ready when your gates open, and gone when you need us to be.
Can we handle multiple sites/stages?
Absolutely. We regularly manage multiple glamping villages within the same festival grounds—something we've proven at major events like Glastonbury, Download, and Kendal Calling.
Our approach uses dedicated teams working simultaneously across different areas of your site, ensuring each glamping zone is built and maintained to the same high standard without delays. Whether you need separate areas for general glamping, VIP sections, and crew accommodation, we have the experience and crew capacity to deliver seamlessly across your event
What if weather is bad?
We're built for British weather. Our teams are highly experienced in working through rain, wind, and challenging conditions—it's part of life in the UK. All our structures are designed and tested to withstand typical British weather, including the heavy rain and strong winds common at outdoor events.
When we pause operations: We only stop work for genuine safety concerns—specifically during thunder and lightning storms or extreme wind events that would require venue grounds to be temporarily shut down anyway. On rare occasions (and we mean rare for the UK), extreme heat may require short work breaks for crew safety, but this virtually never impacts your schedule.
